On July 13th, 2023, at approximately 2:57 pm, the Police Department was dispatched to a two vehicle crash which just occurred at South Market Street and Simpson Street. Investigation determined Ozog was traveling southbound and stopped for an emergency vehicle responding to a call. Heller was following Ozog and was unable to stop in time, striking the rear of Ozog’s vehicle. Heller’s vehicle was towed from the scene due to the damage.
