On October 4th, 2023, at approximately 6:23 pm, the police department was dispatched to South Market Street and Marble Street for a two vehicle crash. Investigation determined that Duvall was eastbound on West Marble Street and was stopped at the stop sign. O’Brien was traveling northbound on South Market Street when Duvall pulled from the stop sign without clearance. Duvall struck O’Brien’s vehicle on the driver’s side. O’Brien reported an injury but declined EMS. Both vehicles were towed from the scene as a result of the damage sustained from the crash.
