On October 8th, 2023, at approximately 12:54 am., an Officer observed a vehicle code violation in the 300 block of East Main Street. A traffic stop was conducted and the operator was identified as Matthew Myers. During the investigation, Myers was found to be under the influence of alcohol. It was determined Myers was under the influence to the degree he could not safely operate a motor vehicle and was arrested. Myers was transported to Cumberland County Prison where he was processed. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
