On November 1st, 2023, at approximately 8:17 am, the police department was dispatched to the intersection of South Market Street and Marble Street for a crash which had just occurred. Investigation determine a Juvenile traveling westbound on East Marble Street proceeded from the stop sign without clearance. Brudnok, who was traveling southbound on South Market Street, was unable to stop and struck the juvenile’s vehicle. The vehicle operated by the juvenile was then pushed into a third vehicle, owned by the Mechanicsburg School District, which was stopped at the stop sign on West Marble Street. The juvenile’s vehicle was towed from the scene due to the damage sustained in the crash.
