On November 2nd, 2023, at approximately 1:02pm, the police department was dispatched to the intersection of South York Street and West Marble Street for a crash which just occurred. Investigation determined Tinker was traveling southbound and failed to stop at the posted stop sign. Kirsch, who was traveling westbound and had proceeded through the intersection after stopping, was struck by Tinker. Tinker’s vehicle was towed from the scene as a result of the damage it sustained.
