On November 2nd, 2023, at approximately 4:44 pm, the police department was dispatched to the intersection of South Market Street and Keller Street for a crash which just occurred. Investigation determined McCloskey was traveling westbound on East Keller Street and stopped for the posted stop sign. Northbound traffic was backed up passed Keller Street from the traffic signal on Simpson Street. An uninvolved vehicle stopped prior to the intersection to allow McCloskey to continued westbound. McClosky continued into the intersection when she was stuck by Oyler, who was traveling southbound on South Market Street.
