On November 11th, 2023, at approximately 3:51 pm, the police department was dispatched to the intersection of South York Street and West Keller Street for a crash which just occurred. Investigation determined a vehicle operated by a juvenile was traveling westbound on West Keller Street. Northbound traffic on South York Street was backed up to the intersection at the time, causing limited visibility of southbound traffic. After stopping at the posted stop sign, the juvenile operator attempted to cross the intersection to continue westbound. Upon entering the intersection, the juvenile’s vehicle and a southbound vehicle collided. The vehicle the juvenile was operating was towed from the scene as a result of the damage it sustained.
