On November 16th, 2023, at approximately 5:41 pm, the police department was dispatched to the intersection of South York Street and West Marble Street for a crash. Investigation determined Re was traveling westbound on West Marble Street. Re came to a complete stop at the posted stop sign before attempting to continue westbound. A southbound vehicle operated by a juvenile failed to stop for the posted stop sign and struck Re as she was entering the intersection. Both vehicles were towed from the scene as a result of the damage they sustained.
