On November 19th, 2020, at approximately 10:24 am, officers were dispatched to the intersection of North Walnut Street and East Allen Street for a crash occurring there. Upon arrival officers determined there were two vehicles involved. Dogastino advised she was travelling eastbound on East Allen Street. She stopped at the stop sign at North Walnut Street. Upon pulling into the intersection her vehicle was struck by a vehicle travelling northbound on North Walnut Street. This vehicle was operated by McGinley. Dogastino’s vehicle required towing from the scene due to the damage sustained from the crash.
