On March 17th, 2021, at approximately 10:53 am, the police department was dispatched to the intersection of Main and Market Streets for a crash which just occurred. Upon arrival officers determined there were two vehicles involved. Investigation into the crash determined Singh was operating his vehicle westbound on East Main Street. He was attempting to continue westbound, crossing over Market Street. Shover was operating his vehicle northbound on South Market Street. Shover advised he had the green light and Singh entered the intersection against a red light for his direction. Singh’s vehicle struck Shover’s vehicle in the intersection. Both vehicles required towing from the scene due to the damage they sustained from the crash.
