On March 18th, 2021, at approximately 10:45 am, the victim contacted the police department about a bicycle which was taken from outside their residence. The victim resides in the first block of East Locust Street and the bicycle was to the rear of the residence. The bicycle was described as a child’s bicycle, green in color, with a “Chaos” sticker on the frame. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
