On June 4th, 2021, at approximately 5:10 pm, the police department was dispatched to the intersection of South Market and Marble Streets for a crash which just occurred. Upon arrival it was determined two vehicles were involved. Investigation into the crash found Sherrick was travelling westbound on East Marble Street. She stopped at the stop sign and upon pulling into the intersection she was struck by Coleman’s vehicle. Coleman was travelling southbound on South Market Street at the time of the crash. Sherrick’s vehicle required to be towed from the scene due to the damage it sustained in the crash.
