On May 18th, 2023, at approximately 1:37 am, the police department was dispatched to the 400 block of West Main Street for a crash which just occurred. Upon arrival officers determined there were three vehicles involved. Investigation into the crash found Davalos was operating his vehicle eastbound on West Main Street. For unknown reason his vehicle went to the right and struck two parked vehicles. Davalos was found to be under the influence of alcohol. It was determined he was not safe to operate a motor vehicle and he was arrested. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date. All three vehicles required towing from the scene due to the damage they sustained in the crash.
