As the temperatures start to change and we get closer to winter, more and more cars are left, unlocked, running and unattended. Leaving an unattended vehicle running is not legal. Title 75 – Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code – Section 3701 – addresses vehicles left unattended and running. It is a summary offense which results in fines and costs.
