On November 15th, 2020, at approximately 11:19 am, the victim contacted the police department to report a theft from a package delivered to their residence. The victim resides in the 400 block of East Main Street. The package was delivered to the victim’s residence on 11/14. They were away from the area and upon getting home on 11/15, the package was on the victim’s porch. The package appeared to have been opened and the victim discovered items from the package were missing. The victim checked their Ring camera and found the actor taking their package. It is believed the actor took the package, took the items, and returned the package out of sight of the camera. Anyone with information about this incident or who believes they know the identity of the actor is asked to contact the police department.
