On February 16th, 2022, at approximately 4:57 pm, the police department was contacted by a victim who resides in the 1st block of East Marble Street. The victim advised they were contacted by their credit card company about a charge to their account which took place in Florida. The victim advised they did not complete this charge or provide permission for the charge. The victim checked their account and found another charge to their account, which was also from Florida and, was unauthorized. The victim still has their credit card in their possession. It is unknown how their information was obtained. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
