On February 21st, 2023, at approximately 2:22 am, an officer on foot patrol in Memorial Park located a portable restroom which been tipped over. It is unknown when it occurred, but the contents of the restroom went out of the vent pipe, and onto the ground. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
