On February 19th, 2023, at approximately 10:48 pm, an officer on patrol stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the area of Brandy Lane and North Walnut Street. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Zink and he was found to be under the influence of alcohol. It was determined Zink was not safe to operate a motor vehicle and he was arrested. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
