On March 29th, 2021, at approximately 5:41 pm, the victim contacted the police department about their vehicle being damaged. The victim resides in the 100 block of East Allen Street and their vehicle was parked in the parking lot of the apartments at the time. The vehicle had been parked on the 28th, around 5:00 pm. The victim discovered the damage, on the 29th, at approximately 3:00 pm. There were numerous scratches in the paint of the rear passenger door and the rear bumper. Anyone who has information relating to this incident is asked to contact the police department.
