On February 15th, 2023, at approximately 5:05 pm, the police department was dispatched to the 100 block of West Portland Street for a domestic issue. Officers arrived and met with the victim who advised they had gotten into an argument with the father of their children which turned physical. The victim had injuries which were consistent with what was reported. The individual was identified as Jones and he was arrested. Jones was transported to the Cumberland County Prison where he was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Daniel Freedman. Bail was set at $30,000, secure. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
