On February 20th, 2022, at approximately 7:08 pm, the police department was dispatched to an active domestic in the 100 block of South Frederick Street. Upon arrival officers determined a female, later identified as Moffitt, threatened the victims with harm while armed with a kitchen knife. The victims were afraid of the victim and feared for their lives. Moffitt was arrested and was transported to the Cumberland County Prison. She was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Jonathan Birbeck. Bail was set at $100, unsecure. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
