On August 19th, 2023 at approximately 1:49 am an officer observed a vehicle code violation in the 200 block of East Main Street. The operator was identified as Cochran, who was found to be under the influence of alcohol. It was determined Cochran was unable to safely operate a motor vehicle and he was arrested. Cochran was transported to the Cumberland County Booking Center.
