On August 20th, 2023, at approximately 4:17 am, the Police Department was dispatched to the 400 block of West Keller Street for an active domestic dispute. Upon arrival, Officers learned the victim and her husband were attempting to stop the victim’s sister, Shank, from driving intoxicated. Shank admitted she was planning to drive home while intoxicated until she was stopped by her sister. While trying to keep Shank from leaving, Shank clawed at the victim’s face with her finger nails. The victim sustained physical injury as a result. Shank was arrested and transported to the Cumberland County Booking Center.
