On August 12th, 2023 at approximately 10:02 pm the Police Department was dispatched to the 100 block of West Main Street for a crash which just occurred. It was determined Chhetri turned from a parking lot and into the curb. Chhetri’s vehicle sustained damage and was unable to be driven from the scene. Chhetri was also found to be under the influence of alcohol and determined unsafe to operate a motor vehicle. Chhetri was arrested and transported to the Cumberland County Booking Center.
