On October 18th, 2023, at approximately 9:05 pm., the Mechanicsburg Police Department was dispatched to a domestic. Once on scene, it was learned Michelle Miller had driven to this location. During the investigation, Miller was found to be under the influence of alcohol. It was determined Miller was under the influence to the degree she could not safely operate a motor vehicle and was arrested. Miller was transported to Cumberland County Prison where she was processed. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
