On April 14th, 2024, at approximately 1:29 AM, an Officer observed a traffic violation in the 400 block of East Main Street. A traffic stop was conducted and the operator was identified as Liam McCarver. During the investigation, McCarver was found to be under the influence of alcohol. It was determined McCarver was under the influence to the degree he could not safely operate a motor vehicle and was arrested. McCarver was transported to Cumberland County Prison where he was processed. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
