On July 17th, 2023, at approximately 9:24 pm, the Police Department was dispatched to the area of Allendale Road and Apple Drive for a driving complaint. It was reported a vehicle was being driven in a reckless manner. An officer located the vehicle in the 200 block of Allendale Road and observed multiple vehicle code violations. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was identified as Marsico. During the investigation, she was found to be under the influence of alcohol. It was determined she was not safe to operate a motor vehicle and she was arrested. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
