On May 28th, 2021, at approximately 8:42 am, a witness contacted the police department advising a tractor trailer just struck the stop sign at the intersection of West Marble and South York Streets. The tractor trailer was reportedly turning left onto West Marble Street and struck the sign. The driver continued driving away from the area. The witness was not able to provide a registration number or information on the tractor trailer. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
