On May 27th, 2021, at approximately 1:38 pm, the victim contacted the police department about a cell phone they ordered online. The phone was to have been delivered, but the victim did not receive the phone. The victim received a confirmation the phone was delivered on the 25th. The victim resides in the 100 block of East Locust Street. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
