On November 5th, 2021, at approximately 8:59 am, the victim contacted the police department after finding fraudulent charges on their bank account. The victim, who resides in the 1st block of East Locust Street, advised they lost their wallet last week. Since that time there were charges posted to their bank account which were not from the victim. The victim advised they did not authorize the transactions. The victim has since cancelled the card. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
