On November 5th, 2021, at approximately 2:29 pm, the police department was dispatched to the intersection of Shepherdstown Road and East Coover Street for a crash which just occurred. Upon arrival officers determined there were two vehicles involved. Investigation into the crash found Khayoussef was operating her vehicle eastbound on East Coover Street. She stopped at the stop sign at the intersection with Shepherdstown Road. Upon pulling into the intersection her vehicle was struck by a vehicle being operated by Ulrich. Ulrich was travelling southbound on Shepherdstown Road and did not have a stop sign. Khayoussef’s vehicle required towing from the scene due to the damage it sustained in the crash.
