On November 3rd, 2021, at approximately 3:35 pm, the police department was dispatched to a crash which just occurred at the intersection of Church Road and Mulberry Drive. Upon arrival it was determined there were two vehicles involved. Investigation into the crash found a juvenile male was operating his vehicle southbound on Mulberry Drive. Bumbaugh was operating his vehicle westbound on Church Road. The juvenile male stopped at the stop sign for his direction of travel. Upon pulling into the intersection a crash occurred between his vehicle and Bumbaugh’s. Bumbaugh did not have a stop sign for his direction of travel. Both vehicles required towing from the scene due to the damage they sustained in the crash. The police department was assisted on scene by Penn State Health EMS.
