On November 15th, 2021, at approximately 3:14 pm, the victim contacted the police department about their bicycle having been stolen. The victim advised they had their bicycle inside their apartment building stairwell, in the 100 block of West Main Street, when it was taken. The bicycle is a blue Pedigo Element, electric assist bicycle. Anyone with information related to this incident is asked to contact the police department.
