On January 14th, 2022, at approximately 11:30 am, the police department was dispatched to the intersection of South York Street and West Marble Street for a crash which just occurred. Upon arrival officers determined there were two vehicles involved. Investigation into the crash found Henry was operating her vehicle southbound on South York Street. Henry advised she stopped at the stop sign at West Marble Street and observed a vehicle cross over the intersection. Henry started into the intersection and collided with another vehicle, also travelling westbound. This vehicle was operated by McGuire. McGuire stated he stopped at the stop sign as he attempted to travel through the intersection westbound on West Marble Street. Upon entering into the intersection McGuire advised he collided with Henry’s vehicle. McGuire’s vehicle required towing due to the damage it sustained in the crash.
