On September 21st, 2022, at approximately 1:19 pm, the police department was dispatched to the intersection of North York Street and Pleasantview Drive for a crash which just occurred. Upon arrival officers determined there were two vehicles involved. Investigation into the crash found Peerzada was operating his vehicle eastbound on Pleasantview Drive. He stopped at the stop sign and upon pulling into the intersection his vehicle struck a vehicle travelling northbound on North York Street being operated by Byrne. Byrne did not have a stop sign. Both vehicles required towing from the scene due to the damage they sustained in the crash.
