On December 10th, 2022, at approximately 11:38 am, the police department was dispatched to the 1st block of West Main Street for a crash which just occurred. Upon arrival officers determined there were three vehicles involved. Investigation into the crash found Richard was operating his vehicle westbound on West Main Street. Richard stated he dropped his phone and was looking for it while still travelling. Due to this he was not able to stop for the vehicle in front of his, which was stopped in traffic. Richard’s vehicle struck the stopped vehicle being operated by Heim. Heim’s vehicle struck the vehicle in front of hers, being operated by Foster. Foster complained of pain from the crash, but declined to have EMS respond to the scene.
