On May 19th, 2023, at approximately 11:01 pm, officers were dispatched to the intersection of West Marble and South York Streets for a crash which just occurred. Upon arrival officers determined there were two vehicles involved. Investigation into the crash found Wagenheim was operating his vehicle eastbound on West Marble Street. Wagenheim failed to stop for the stop sign at the intersection of South York Street. Elijah was operating his vehicle south on South York Street. He stopped at the stop sign for the intersection and upon entering the intersection his vehicle was struck by Wagenheim’s vehicle. Wagenheim’s vehicle required towing from the scene due to the damage it sustained in the crash.
