On May 20th, 2023, at approximately 2:50 pm, the police department was dispatched to the intersection of Williams Grove Road and South Broad Street for a crash which just occurred. Upon arrival officers determined there were two vehicles involved. Investigation into the crash found Ausherman was travelling north on South Broad Street. He stopped at the stop sign at the intersection with Williams Grove Road. Ausherman was attempting to cross over Williams Grove Road to continue on South Broad Street. Upon pulling into the intersection Ausherman’s vehicle struck a vehicle travelling east on Williams Grove Road. This vehicle was being operated by Noble. Noble was transported to the hospital for further treatment of injuries she sustained in the crash. Both vehicles required towing from the scene due to the damage they sustained in the crash. The police department was assisted by Hampden Township EMS and the Mechanicsburg Fire Department.
