On May 24th, 2023, at approximately 8:48 am, the police department was dispatched to a crash which just occurred at the intersection of East Simpson Street and Allendale Road. Upon arrival officers determined there were two vehicles involved. Investigation into the crash found Tani was operating his vehicle eastbound on East Simpson Street. McEnroe was operating her vehicle north on Allendale Road. McEnroe advised she drove her vehicle into the intersection and was struck by Tani’s vehicle. McEnroe advised she had the green light at the time of the crash. Tani’s vehicle required towing from the scene due to the damage it sustained in the crash.
